School, Organization, or Business Training
Restorative Justice is a philosophy, but it is not a one size fits all program. For that reason the first step is to have a consultation with our Executive Director Alex Yrungaray to discuss your school’s, organization’s or buisness’s strenghts, needs and goals. We can then discuss the budget and determine if it’s a good time to work together or not.
Retreats
Our retreats are four days of grounded experiential learning in the Wasatch Mountains. The most effective way to learn to facilitate Circle is to participate in Circle while you are being trained.
Over these four days, you will deepen your connection to yourself and the community while building a knowledge base you can adapt to any group setting.
Each retreat is tailored to participants’ needs and how they plan to apply their new skills in their community, but you can be confident you will walk away with a basic understanding of restorative justice, peacebuilding, trauma-informed practices, and communication & facilitation skills.
Our next retreat is April 29 to May 2, 2026. Many details are still to be determined, but if you are interested, please subscribe to our newsletter, and you will be kept updated on this and all future retreats.
Local Community Building Circles
We are thrilled to offer the power of community connection through Circle work to our friends and neighbors. We will have two groups that begin in June. The 2nd Thursday Evening from 6 pm to 9 pm will be for anyone who works with youth, and the 3rd Thursday of the month will be for Women. Each group will provide a place of authentic connection centered on humanity, with other people who share some of your day-to-day experiences. These Circles will meet once a month for 6 months, and we ask that you commit to coming every month as we build a container of trust within the Circle. Please subscribe to the newsletter for more information coming soon.
Restorative Justice for Educators Course
Over the course of eight weeks, we will cover an overview of the philosophy of Restorative Justice, and practical ways it can be implemented within your classroom, even if the rest of the school isn’t interested in implementation, and the neuroscience behind the trauma-informed practices. There will be a weekly reading in preparation for our weekly discussions, along with actionable steps you can start implementing immediately. There will be a summer session and a fall session. Dates are to be determined. Subscribe to the newsletter if you want to know more when details are available.
